AlignerDesk.

Know which aligner every patient is on, and when they need the next batch.

AlignerDesk tracks clear aligner treatments after the planning stage: phases, batches, aligner changes and appointments. Built for clinics that make their aligners in-house, and it works with any treatment planning software.

Private beta, by invitation. The app is in Portuguese for now; tell us if you need it in English.

From the first batch to the last aligner change, without spreadsheets.

Every patient, on one screen

Who is halfway through, who is finishing a batch and who should already have the next one. The next delivery is calculated from each patient’s change interval, and the colour warns you when it is close.

Where each treatment stands

The aligner confirmed at the last appointment, the one expected today and what the patient has at home, with every change date, per phase and per arch.

Deliveries on the calendar

Delivered, planned and forecast batches on a monthly calendar. If you prefer, on your phone’s calendar too, through a private link you can revoke.

Cases between colleagues

Send a case to another clinician with the treatment plan options, and discuss it in the case’s own thread.

Options before deciding

Keep two or three treatment plans per patient until they choose; the chosen one becomes the treatment.

On your phone

Check any patient’s status chairside or between appointments, with nothing to install.

Your patients’ data stays in the EU.

The database is in Frankfurt and each account is isolated in the database itself, not just in the app. Changes are logged, the app’s emails carry no patient data, and there is a data processing agreement (GDPR Art. 28) to sign.

Legal documents are in Portuguese.

Built in clinical practice.

AlignerDesk is developed by a dentist working in orthodontics and in-house aligner production, who uses it with their own patients. The app records and calculates; clinical decisions always rest with the treating clinician.
